The MLS is a powerful tool in selling your home, but it may not be necessary.  Most Realtors offer just one marketing program - put your home on the MLS and have other agents sell it.  60 Day Realty realizes that real estate is not a "one size fits all" business.  Depending on market conditions we may be able to sell your home without relying on other agents.

How It Works

In order for a buyer to purchase your home we let them know it is available through various forms of advertising.

YARD SIGNS
According to the National Association of Realtors, 15% of the time buyers find the home they want by driving around the neighborhood they want to live in and calling on a sign.

WORD OF MOUTH
If you begin to tell people you are selling, they might tell someone who is interested in buying.  If you help find the buyer while listed with a traditional office, they will most likely still charge you the full commission.  With 60 Day Realty you will only pay the reduced fee.

OTHER
We will place your house on our website to let others know that you are selling it.
