What this means for Sellers is that it's not as important WHO you list your home with as it is that your home makes it onto the MLS.

60 Day Realty allows you to list for a shorter period of time and utilize the power of the MLS while paying less.

Here's how we work

When you list with a Realtor, they place your home on the local MLS. The real estate company offers to share the total commission you are paying with other agents. This shared commission is an incentive for other agents to bring buyers to your home.

60 Day Realty offers the MLS at a lower commission. Just like other Realtors, we share the commission with agents SO THEY HAVE THE SAME INCENTIVE TO BRING BUYERS TO YOUR HOME. They earn the same commission they are accustomed to because 60 Day Realty takes the discounted portion of the commission.

The MLS 4 Less program was developed to make selling your home as quick and inexpensive as possible. We will list your home for 60 days for a flat fee. It is customary to offer a co-brokerage fee to buyer's agents who bring buyers. If this is the scenario, you will only owe 3% plus our fee. If we sell your home and no other Realtors are involved, you owe only the flat fee. Either way you are keeping thousands in your home's equity.

If after 60 days your home has not sold, you owe nothing. If you wish to re-list for another 60 days, that is fine. If you wish to move on, though we hate to see you go, we will wish you well.
